Birthday Party Plan.

Planning a birthday party and not really sure where to start. No worries we are here to help with some birthday planning tips.

Select a Date - Choosing a weekday can result in a low turnout. Choosing a weekend can result in a higher turn out as most of your friends and family are more then likely available. If your son or daughters birthday falls on a weekend, perfect!!

make a guest list- who’s coming to the party? Make a list of all your guests ( don’t forget to include the little ones). Keep your venue in mind when making your guest list, you would not want to invite your child’s entire 2nd grade class into your living room. Mail out invitation 3 weeks before the party.

Plan food and decorations -Is there a theme to your kiddos birthday party? If so are the decorations readily available for you to order and receive before the party date? Themes are very common at birthday party’s, Mario bros, sonic, Barbie, paw patrol and I have even been to a construction truck party. It’s fun to theme your party but let your guest know what the theme is. If you plan to feed your guests go with a catered meal buffet style. It’s a great way to feed numerous guests and helps the “picky eaters” choose something they may like.

entertainment - Hire a magician, balloon artist, or face painter. Rent a bounce house or setup bubbles and chalk stations. Be creative.

Choose a venue - are you hosting your party inside or in your backyard. Local parks are always fun and many have a grill setup for you to use. Need an indoor area? Choose a banquet hall or church basement.
